The Former Iceworks Redevelopment

With the metal frames complete and the buildings watertight, work is progressing impressively both inside and outside on the 21 new apartments at the Former Iceworks.  These apartments, which comprise Phaser 1 of the development are finished in natural slate with impressive brickwork, and will be heated by a ground source heat pump.  They form the backdrop to the ongoing refurbishment and development of the former industrial frontage along Bromyard Road, which will see a further 33 apartments created in Phase 2. This is a fantastic project to be involved with, and we are enjoying tracking the progress.

Site Progress!

The residential scheme at Pickersleigh Grove in Malvern for 92 homes is progressing well on site for Platform Housing Group (formerly Fortis Living). Speller Metcalfe are well underway with the next batch of dwellings for handover and are doing a great job. As the construction phases progress, it’s really exciting to watch the project slowly become a great place to live.

Starting on site...

We are excited to see Harper Group recently starting on site at Leasowes Farm, Wolverhampton, for the construction of 13 new dwellings. This is one of 3 sites around Wolverhampton we have been working closely on with Harper Group which will result in a total of 49 new houses. As we continue to support Harper Group through the construction process, we wish them all the best and look forward to seeing how these projects progress!

Form Room Block, Haileybury

We are delighted to see the completion on site of Phase 1 of the £1.5m refurb of the Form Room Block at Haileybury College in time for the new term.

The Grade II Listed building which is the school’s primary teaching building has had a complete refresh over the last 16 weeks with a new roof, refreshed facades and a reconfiguration and refurbishment to the entire first floor.

Looking forward to Phase 2!

Form Room Block, Haileybury College

With only a month left on site, the Grade II Listed Form Room Block has a new lease of life, with stone cleaning progressing well, the historic roof slates being relaid and teaching rooms being fitted out.  We are excited to see this one come together ready for the new academic year.

Planning Approval

Another planning approval! Working alongside Ross Almshouse Charity, RCA Regeneration and Waygood Colour, Zebra have been integral in securing a planning approval for a unique site of 32 dwellings in Ross on Wye. Incorporating split level houses by sitting them into the hill, the scheme will fit perfectly within the existing landscape.
