Redvers House is a 1970s 17-storey tower in the centre of Sheffield, formerly used as office space with a large retail unit at ground floor. We were approached to design, achieve planning consent and convert these challenging spaces into 176 luxury student residences over two phases.

The studio apartments are complemented by a bespoke communal facility including a gym, private cinema, study rooms and lounge which was designed alongside Interior Designer Naomi Cleaver. Each studio features state of the art technology allowing residents to monitor and change the lighting, security and heating via remote apps.
