Type: Seven new dwellings on green field site

Zebra were approached by Piper Homes to deliver seven new dwellings on a greenfield site in the sought-after village of Harbury, Warwickshire.  The aspiration and end result was high-quality, high-specification dwellings to complement the rural setting, in keeping with the local stone and brick vernacular, with strong links to the landscape beyond.  The plans were developed meticulously to ensure the scheme was appropriate for the market and a commercial success for our client.

As ever Zebra worked closely with the local planning authority to ensure that consents and condition discharges were in place as soon as practicable to allow commencement on site.  We provided site support and through an excellent working relationship with the site manager were able to ensure that our working drawings were tailored to suit the site team, minimising problems and delays and getting the houses available as quickly as possible.
