Zebra were approached by Platform Housing in 2017 to undertake planning drawings for an all affordable scheme of 49 properties in Powick on the outskirts of Worcester. Working closely with RCA regeneration as planning consultant, the resultant approval was then constructed by Seddons who employed Zebra to undertake the technical package.
